About 3 years ago I realized I was paying $15–$20 for a decent cocktail when I could buy a quality bottle for $30–$50 and create far more — and better — cocktails at home. That curiosity led me to start making drinks for myself, then to perfecting the craft, and eventually to falling in love with the artistry behind a truly well-made cocktail.

 

What began as mixing drinks turned into something much deeper. I started creating my own syrups, learning how flavors work together, and elevating each cocktail through thoughtful presentation and balance. Fresh-squeezed citrus, intentional ingredients, and nothing store-bought became the standard.

 

Fast forward to the winter of 2025 I was asked to bartend to a whiskey night that would be eventually get cancelled.  Which was a bummer at first that's when the mobile bar idea was born — and I decided to go for it.

 

And the story behind "Lovely Cheers". Well,  “Cheers” has always felt like a word of celebration, but it became even more meaningful after a summer in England, where it was spoken everywhere. During that trip, my sister-in-law often said, “Lovely cheers,” after even the smallest moments. It felt warm, authentic, and full of joy — exactly how I want people to feel when they experience my bar.

 

At Lovely Cheers, I don’t just pour liquor. Every cocktail is thoughtfully crafted, from house-made syrups to fresh juices, designed to be as elegant and memorable as the moment you’re celebrating.

 

This is more than a bar — it’s hospitality, artistry, and intention in every glass.
